Swedish football Player Sent Out of PiTCH fOR POLLUTING thE aIR.........

A football player from sweden named  Adam Lindin Ljungkvist was given two consecutive yellow warning cards before being served red card and sent parking out of pitch for farting on the pitch. I 
personally believed that the is nature call and no one should be held responsible for this but the referee known as Dany kako termed this as deliberate provocation which to him simply means  that he did it for  a reason and it was not accepted. But to me I think that is not fair as the opposition player said he was at a good distance but heard the fart loud enough. 
Does it mean that because one is playing soccer, he should deprive himself of his nature?
