When summoned to court on saturday, the 52-year old Mair, that as accused of killing the British Labour Party law maker JO COX has withheld his identity by refusing to reveal his real name. This really turned his first court appearance on saturday to a surprising moment standstill for all present.
Thus, this made the Deputy chief Magistrate Emma Arbuthnot to request a psychiatric report into his mental state before any proceed can be made into his matter.
